Dr Qi Zheng

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher specialising in the intersection of physical and biogeochemical oceanography. My research focuses on developing ecosystem models to understand the phytoplankton dynamic responses of marine environments to climate change.

My current work involves leveraging large-scale datasets and CMIP6 model evaluation to bridge the gap between physical dynamics and biological processes. My expertise spans from sea level dynamics, large-scale circulation dynamics to phytoplankton dynamics. 

I am passionate about data-driven oceanography and always open to collaboration on model validation, climate projection analysis, and interdisciplinary marine research.
