Dr Violeta Monteiro Ramos

I am a petrologist with a vast international experience in petrography and geochemistry applied to the characterization geomaterials, from rocks used as building materials, concrete and its degradation processes, ore deposits, waste material for the recovery of Critical Raw Materials and reuse as construction materials, to coastal legacy waste. Throughout the years, I have been actively participating in several projects (H2020, INTERREG, ERAMIN, NERC, SPF), in co-operation with national and international institutions.
